The Big Hat Story

 The first Big Hat Smoker came off the fabrication floor August 2009, but the dream, the plan and the design has been in the works for many many years.  Aaron Webb and Beau Smith, cousins from Marfa, Texas didn’t start Big Hat Bar-B-Q in one of their garages but in a state of the art welding facility in order to build the best grill money can buy.
