We never stop trying to design and build a better smoker. We love the fit and function of the traditional gas grill and decided to incorporate that feel into our line of smokers and grills. We start with new plate steel laser cut every piece. We’ve now given you a smoker that not only holds heat and has perfect air flow but looks bold and heavy and will last you a lifetime.

The Big Hat Grill uses the same incredible style and form and feel as all Big Hat Smokers just without the firebox. 960 square inches of cooking surface is plenty for the weekend grill master. The BH2048G grill will not have a firebox, just the main 20" x 48" cooking chamber.
