We start with new plate steel and laser cut every piece. We’ve now given you a smoker that not only holds heat and has perfect air flow but looks bold and heavy and will last you a lifetime.

This is our top of the line Smoker/Grill. 3350 square inches of grilling and smoking surface. It has a 20" deep 48" wide main chamber with a 20" x 24" square firebox. Three slide out shelves in the vertical smoke box gives you additional smoking space or a huge warming center. There is a gas assist cast iron burner that comes standard in ever firebox we make. The new Big Hat design provides easy entry access and more cooking surface over the original pipe design. Fully controlled air flow, cool handles and the heaviest grates in the industry, standard on every Big Hat pit.

This is the workhorse Smoker/Grill in the Big Hat lineup. The firebox has our quickstart gas assist with a grill top for the week night meal and the 20" deep 48" wide main chamber for the weekend family gathering or hardcore competition. Oversized casters make it easy to move your Big Hat smoker. The new Big Hat design provides easy entry access and more cooking surface over the original pipe design. Fully controlled air flow, cool handles and the heaviest grates in the industry, standard on every Big Hat pit.

Model: The Marfa (coming soon!) Suggested Retail $999

The Marfa is a committed hardcore offset smoking unit. We included our standard Big Hat firebox which does give you a 400 square inch grill on top but is mainly for the weekend smoking warrior. Three smoking grates provide 1440 square inches of smoking surface space. The firebox comes with gas assist installed like every Big Hat smoker.
