We build from the ground up when you order it not before. We start with a 3500 pound axle and 16” tires, the Big Hat Trailer pulls effortless behind any vehicle.  The weatherproof storage keeps your supplies as well as a propane option for a gas assist lighter or optional gas cookers and fryers.  The Big Hat Yeti Coolers are a must for any cook, one for meats and one for drinks.  We’ve created custom cradles to hold and lock down any size Yeti you choose.  Lastly we finish off your custom design with a powder coat color of your choice.  The competition, the tailgate, the family reunion, it’s the all around ultimate mobile cooker.

The Big Hat trailer begins with a custom made trailer base and the BH2048SGU. The base model has our patented weatherproof storage box, wood storage compartment and a 155qt Big Hat Yeti cooler . Every accessory on our trailer is bolted on using hi impact vibration washers. You can add and subtract options and arrange then how you like. Propane can be stored inside the storage box to light your gas assist firebox or light an optional bean/chili cooker. Fully controlled air flow, cool handles and the heaviest grates in the industry and gas assist standard on every Big Hat pit.
