The Meat Locker is our cabinet style underbelly firebox smoker. The firebox features a gas assist propane burner, heavy duty fire grate and slide out ash pan. Three slide out cooking grates are located in the upper smoking cabinet. The Meat Locker is easily tilted and rolled right where you need it to go. Not quite the thickness of our large units but 14 gauge is solid and sturdy and will last.
