The Big Hat Mission Grill is laser cut from 3/16" new plate steel from top to bottom. Divided and hinged and framed main cooking grates make it easy to work your fire without disturbing your occupied surface. Slide out ash pan for easy clean out. Heavy duty casters, threaded clean out pipe drain, cool touch spring handles, two Tel-Tru custom thermometers and 1200 degree paint. There is no firebox with this unit it is just the main cooking chamber. If Grilling is your Mission then the Mission is your Grill.
