The Rio Grande is a super size do it all Smoker/Grill with an Upright smoke box. It is laser cut from 3/16" new plate steel from top to bottom and weighs in at 750 pounds. The firebox features a gas assist propane burner, slide out ash pan and a dual level framed grate for nightly grilling. The main chambers 20" x 48" Smoking/Grilling surface is a split dual hinged framed expanded metal surface. There is also a double thick fire grate inside the main chamber for the big party grilling. Heavy duty casters, threaded clean out pipe drain, cool touch spring handles, three Tel-Tru custom thermometers and 1200 degree paint. The upright smoke box features 4 slide out framed grates. This unit will do it all and the size and thickness will hold heat, reduce fuel feeding and make you a better cook. By one and be done.
