Big Hat has partnered with the most highly recognized thermometer manufacturer in the world to create our own Big Hat thermometer. As our product line grows and improves we are looking for more ways to continue to set Big Hat apart from all other smoker manufacturers. Just as Smokemaster did in their day Big Hat is doing with our custom thermometers. We went with a 3" dial and a 4" stem, 100/500 degree range, tapped and mounted and ready to go.
